How can I re-install Win 7 to SSD without install disk?

I was thinking of buying a SSD boot drive for Windows 7 while keeping my 7200RPM HDD for files and games (steam).
My computer came with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit pre-installed, so I have no install cd, just the Product key.
How can I legally get the ISO to put on a USB drive to install it to the SSD.
I've heard that I can use the Product key more than once, (it is the same PC afterall), but how do I get/create the ISO file?

Okay, I have the 64 bit system. I will download it in the morning. After it is done and in my Downloads folder, do I just copy it to the USB drive and boot my system from USB in Bios?
