These are the mobos I am considering for my 2500K. I dont really think it matters if I get Z68 or P67 as I am getting two high end graphics cards so I dont think I would really use the features of the Z68 chipset. I just want the motherboard with the best quality and overclocking potential.

On the two Gigabyte boards what is the difference is the X and XP series?

If a board you think is better is not listed here please tell me. Remember I want quality and good overclocking potential. Please recommend the best option.

I would go with the asrock, just to have more $$ for the video card. But that's just my personal preference. Can't tell you which gigabyte board is better, but if money isn't a consideration, go with one of those, just for the dual bios feature.
