olympus [mju:] 410 (greek letter mu) & USB driver, chinese?

I can't find a reference to this camera--it has the greek "u" which is
"mu," IIRC. it has a an internal lithium-ion battery and has a 3x
optical zoom at 4.0 megapixels. the menu commands are all in chinese
(I think) which I don't read/speak.

When I connect the USB cable to the camera and go to C:\ there's
nothing.

1.) do I need a driver?
2.) if so, how do I use the driver in english?
