Mouse Movement drops FPS and creates Super Lag

Hello i just recently bought 2 new gfx cards and they were working fine untill i just did the new recent driver update from nvidia then i started having issues so i used the omega driver instead but i still amd getting sever fps drops from 80s down to 5-10fps when i move my mouse and then i lag out can someone help me is to why this is happeneing??? the game this is heppening in is EVE-Online i seem to have no issues when im running crysis

Hello
Please post your full system specs, also install an older driver(from Nvidia's site), but do a clean install of it,here is how
1_Download Driver Sweeper(from guru3d.com,then
2_Go to control panel and uninstall the driver from there
3_Reboot and go to safemode and open driver sweeper and select ATI or Nvidia(depends on what cards you have),then click on clean,then restart
4_Boot normally to windows and Install the new driver
