Motherboard araise smell

My PC has windows XP, jst now my smps sorted and my motherboard make smell then am change my smps and now my cpu do booting but 'NO SIGNAL' is displayed on my monitor pls help me..

Sounds like your video card or motherboard shorted out and died. Try another video card to see if it will work and if not then your board is dead.
