Can't decide between the two

So I have all the parts to start building my first computer besides the motherboard. I've got two in mind;

BIOSTAR TH67+ LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX

ASUS P8H67-M PRO/CSM (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX

I'd like to not go over my $115 motherboard budget (if you feel like suggesting your own, which I'm perfectly fine with)

Other parts I'll be using;

Raidmax Aura
Intel i5 2400
4gb gskill ram
650w Corsair PSU
Win 7 64 bit

I don't have a GPU yet but, I will get one later on. I will only use one so, no sli/crossfire'ing for me.

What's everyones opinions/suggestions/advice on what I should do? Thanks in advance.

I would go with the ASUS board you chose. looks like the better of the two.

Generally I prefer ASUS and I'm not a BIOSTAR fanboy, but that personal preference. To make things easier I put a side-by-side and added a Z68 ASRock the mATX and ATX versions for added benefits. IMO - I'd prefer the Z68 over the H67 if you'll ever Quick Sync or want the SSD Caching. -> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007627%20600093976%20600158412%204017&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&CompareItemList=280|13-131-711^13-131-711-TS%2C13-138-296^13-138-296-TS%2C13-157-252^13-157-252-TS%2C13-157-251^13-157-251-TS

As I recall there's some added TB benefits with the Z68 over the H67 video -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUgBNWtCsnk I'm not an H67 guru.

Thanks for the replies r3xx3r and jaquith.

I don't plan on using Quick Sync or a SSD, at least not on this build. Which leads me to think I'd be better off with the H67 board, yes/no?
