HDD not detected in the Bios

So I recently bought a 2TB Western Digital Caviar Black and 256GB Samsung 830 Series. I installed the hard drive first, updated the drivers then installed the SSD and updated the drivers. When I go to my computer, the HDD is there. When I go to computer and manage, it says Healthy (Primary Partition). It's also shows on the device manager. It's also detected when I'm booting up, thought it only detects the HDD and not the SDD. It's already in AHCI mode.

However, when I went to the bios by pressing F5 during boot up, I noticed that the HDD wasn't on the option for primary boot. There was the SSD, optical drive, and boot manager but the HDD wasn't there.

Did I do something wrong? Is the Hard Drive dead? Do I have anything to be worried about? HELP!
