Partition disappeared

Hello, Few days ago two partitions in my computer disappeared all without me doing anything to it. computer management shows the lost partition, but, can't access it or adjust it. please help me out...thanks!!

You said computer management shows the lost partition. Does this partition have a drive letter assigned to it. If, not, try assigning a drive letter.
