Hello, my name is Rodolfo, this is mi PC:
AMD Phenom X3 710 @ 3.1 GHz
ASUS M3N78-VM (AM2+)
4 GB (2x2) DDR2 800 MHz
XFX Nvidia GTS 250 512 MB
2 TB (Two 7200rpm and one 5400)

I want to spend not more than 300 dollars.

I was thinking a Phenom 965 or maybe a new video card, maybe a GTX 460 1GB or a HD6850.

What do you think?

The 710 is a very capable CPU once overclocked, and almost all games don't use more than 3 cores.

Maybe a 6870 (or better) and a CPU cooler to squeeze a little more out of your current CPU? Unless your RAM is limiting your OC.

I could see upgrading the graphics card.I also agree with Raidur too your CPU is fine (not worth an expensive upgrade for slightly better performance).Tom's Hardware recommends upgrading when the CPU is at least three tiers higher on their hierarchy chart.

I don't see any upgrades as being worthwhile unless you are having an issue with your current setup.
