Code 10 Device cannot start. Broadcom 802.11b/g Pci Wi/Fi Card

Sup guys, i've got a problem.

When i put the card into my pci slot and install the drivers i get an error, "Device code 10, the device cannot start" What's going on? i've been at it for hours now, enlighten me please.

I've Tried

Reinstalling drivers
Different PCI Slot
Different Drivers
Restarting Pc

Tried EVERYTHING.
