I'm looking for some help finding a power supply, being that this is my first build I'm a bit unsure of what to choose. I tried to do some background research and settled on a ~750W psu.

So far I have
i7 950K (I plan on some light overclocking)

GTX 470 (plans to add a second one in the near future)

Rampage III Gene

Haven't chosen ram yet but I plan on using 8g

Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB (WD1001FALS) (I also plan on addings more SSD hds in the near future unfortunately my laptop just broke so I'm just getting what I can afford and addings the other upgrades as soon as I have the upgrades for it).

Also considering adding some type of extra cooling although I have yet to decide on liquid or air.

The 4 psu I've been looking at are

Antec TP-750 119.95

Seasonic X-750 169.99

Corsair HX 750 149.99

Corsair AX 750 169.99

Kind of leaning towards the Corsair HX 750 because combined with the 20$ rebate it would be at around 129.99

But either way my main concerns are something that will be sufficient for the future upgrades I mentioned as well as good quality at a fair price. Obviously the lower the noise the better but noise level is not a primary concern.

Any input would be great, thanks in advance for all the help.

Also if anyone case suggestions would be nice as well but my main concern is the psu atm.
