Fans spin, lights on, nothing else.

I just put together a build from newegg.com, consisting of the following:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 936
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R
RAM: 3x2gb OCZ Gold
HD: Wester Digital Caviar Black 1tb
PSU: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro 850W
CPU: Intel Core i7-930 Bloomfield 2.8GHz w/ Noctua NH-D14 cooler
Video: PNY Quadro FX 1800

Once assembled, when I press the power button, all of the LEDs on the mobo come on, as well as power and HDD access (steady). Monitor shows orange LED, HD is silent.
I've got the ram in the proper slots, the white ones, according to the manual.

Does anyone have any idea what might be the problem?

Did you plug in all the connections? Including the one for the graphic card if there is one for it, and more importantly, the CPU eight pin? If you have plugged those in then try this:
