Hello,
When I boot my computer I has windows 8 pc when I boot my pc login screen displays and then suddenly black screen occurs with a movable mouse.Why?.What is solution?

my pc just goes to login screen without showing windows logo....it is displaying black screen instead of windows logo.

Check your bios setting for the hard drive
Check bios for preferred video device.
In windows, uninstall ATI from device manger. Reboot to auto install.
Or
Check your Installation media. Check the SHA1 of the ISO if you have it.
(Try that maybe, or any other thing it offers for HDD type)
