From your name & DD/MM/YY format I'm assuming you're in India, & you prefer Intel 'coz AMD's are more expensive than Intel.

Prices are gonna be a lot higher than on Newegg.

CPU : $210 Intel Core i5-760

Mobo : $150 ASUS P7P55D-E

RAM : $102 G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)

GPU : $155 Radeon HD 5770

PSU : $70 / $50 CORSAIR 650TX or if you wanna save a bit - OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W

If you're in India, this will cost you $800 (35000).

If elsewhere, change the GPU to GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB
