I've been reading thru this forum now for awhile , and boy do I feel stupid . I recently built a gaming rig for myself and loaded up Win7 ultimate 64 bit . I cannot get any games to run ! My machune either blue screens , or just locks up .

My Box :
Asus M4A79T Deluxe w/AMD Phenom II 965 NO overclock
8 gigs Corsair DHX 1333 Ram
2 ATI Radeon 4890 Vid cards in crossfire
Creative SB Fatality Pro / W / Klipch 5.1 thx cert speakers
WD 150 gig Raptor HD
Seagate 500 gig HD
Pioneer Blueray Drive

I have installed all the patches for my games ( if needed ) And have the latest drivers for all my hardware . Usually on the blue screens , I'm getting A mem dump message that is apparently caused by my video cards . I just re - loaded my OS yesterday so everything is fresh . What gives ??? Please Help . This is incredibly frustrating ..

Try it out with just 1 graphics card installed... Crossfire often causes some grief. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can maybe give you some other things to try...

Try booting up all your ram sticks, one stick of ram at a time, you may have a bad stick in there,
and as Jason suggested, try just one gfx card in there while you do.
