In all seriousness though, has this happened multiple times? Does it happen when attempting to install similar software? What hardware are you running? What win7 are you running? Does the error crash the program, or all of windows?

This could be just bad programming, or it could be bad ram, or a corrupt download, or a processor going on the fritz, it could be just about anything.
