P3 motherboard not giving display

Hello,
actually i have an old p.c with a p3 base motherboard with SD RAM and its going with a serious problem.
When i turn on the supply, there is no display out, monitor just shows blinking as there is no signal input. most of times both display and keyboard diddnt saw any response....
i need help, and my system also.... plz help guyz.....

Check your power supply. It may be weak and needs to be replaced.

Friend i already checked whole power suppily, changed motherboard battery, also changed RAM. But nothing happens, all Peripherals are working except keboard port and VGA output port....
