Token Ring Question for A+

In studying for A+ I generally understand the Token Ring topology. My question is: if in this setup each station must wait for the token does that literally mean if Workstation A is moving a file to a shared folder on B that workstation C would be unable to perform any network traffic until that operation was complete??

Not at all. It will send one packet, then the next station will be given the opportunity to send one packet, etc. In other words, it's impossible to flood a TR network. On the other hand, it no longer is used, therefore knowing about it is pretty useless.
