Yeah, though more intensive games might struggle at high settings at that resolution, the 5770 should be able to play most games just fine.

Well, I could always turn the resolution down anyway of course - unless the monitor has a problem with lower resolutions, as some LCDs do. Didn't see any mention of that in reviews though.
