SUITABLE MEMORY

My new Motherboard's manual says:

'2 x DIMM, Max 8GB, DDR3 1333(OC)/1066/800 Non-EEC, Unbuffered Memory.'

Does that mean that I should get 1333Mhz or 1066Mhz Ram?

Sorry, don't understand.

Why does it say (OC) then?

Will 1333Mhz sticks just slow to 1066 unless I overclock?
