Is that budget in USD.!! I guess not.. If its in INR then its plenty low to build up even a system for everyday's basic computing needs (assuming you are not willing to buy a second hand pc)..

I have to assume that he means 1000 to 1500; only because someone who has 10,000 to 15,000 to spend on a computer probably knows how to spell gaming! :lol:
