OK thanks for the info, also do you think I will need any after market cooling items with this setup or will the 3 fans in the case and the stock heat sink be enough to keep the system stable?

^ Well if you want to try overclocking, then you would need an after market cooler, else the stock would be fine...But you should know that even at stock speeds, the after market cooler would keep the CPU cooler...

OK thanks I don't plan to overclock any time soon because I haven't done it before

need to read up on that a little. But when and if I do decide to overclock I will get

the items that I need then. What has me a little confused is the mobo and memory

speed 1600 or 1333.., or does it really matter?

Actually the 520W would suffice IMO...Yes it is a very good PSU...
