HI GUYS HELP ME HEREPLZ,

I SEARCH MY BIOS SETTINGS AND I FOUND THAT MY MEMORY RAM HAVE 3 STAGES standard,turbo and max performance.
i have it to turbo and i want to make it faster and change it to max per. is this safe for my ram ??????
plz answer me soon......
and sth else what is HDD S.M.A.R.T. capability??????

AND why my pc reads only 3,87 of my ram i have 4gb ram 1600mhz....?????
