PC doesnt turn on

Alright ive had problem with overheating so I ordered few new fans installed them and everything was working than i noticed that my hard drive was shown as portable drive and was not detected

i turned off the power supply and noticed that the cable from hard drive got unplugged so after I plugged it back in the fans and everything started working for about half a second than shut off

I unplugged the second harddrive and computer turned on than i plugged it back in and it stopped working and after i unplugged it once again the pc didnt turn on now ive tried turning off the fans and it didnt work please some1 help

heh it suddenly decided to turn on with hard drive and fans all working please some1 tell me why it might of happened I think it happened be4 about a year ago

any ideas?
