Is my SMART report fine?

I've checked the SMART report of my hard drive which I have doubts about, and was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to read it, which values should be bigger than which, and is my drive doing well?

get HD tune and it will read your report

This program is saying everyting is OK. You can use another program like HDTune to verify that, but normally programs will list if the parameter is OK or bad. Some will signify with color, green for good, red for bad.
