Hi people.
I am currently running on an Asrock 890gx extreme 3 and a Samsung f3 1tb and a Samsung f2 ecogreen 500gb. For some unknown reason, the hdd are both running on IDE interface instead of SATA. Storage settings in bios has been set to AHCI but according to Speccy, the HDDs are running on IDE interface. Can anyone point me in the right direction to set this right.
Thanks

I haven't heard of amd boards using achi. If it's set, then I wouldn't do anything now. Changing those settings could cause windows to crash, and you'd have to reinstall it. I would leave it alone. I found no difference in speed between ide and achi testing on the same h55 motherboard.
