I need a really good ssd

I have a really nice gaming pc but a 1tb 7200 rpm hdd and obviously I need a ssd. I want a really igh quality one. I am trying to decide between 3 of them.

1) 240 gb Intel 520 series ssd
2) 256 gb samsung 840 series ssd
3) 240 gb corsair gt series ssd

Thoughts ??

My personal preference here is for Mushkin (I have the Enhanced Chronos in my gaming rig) but from what I have read Intel, Mushkin, OCZ, and Samsung are all good choices - I have not read any reviews of Corsair SSD's yet but I would imagine they would also be a good choice
Just curious, with a 1TB HDD, why such a large SSD? I would think you could cut the size in half (and the price by more) - just wondering...
EDIT: Of the three in the OP, I'd go for the Samsung 840.

Get the Samsung 830 series 256 GB. I have two computers running them for the OS. Excellent, with proven reliabilty. The new 840 is likely also great, but not proven yet and costs more. The difference in performance will not be noticable.

Oops, sorry, I was only looking at the 256GB versions. For that price I'd rely on Samsung's excellent reputation and get the new 840 version.

If you get the Samsung, get the 830, or the 840 PRO. The normal 840 uses different NAND, which makes it slower than the 830.

I'd go Samsung 830/840pro, OCZ Vertex 4, Intel 520, Crucial m4, in that order of preference.

I have an intel 520 series ssd, and i can tell you for certain it does not disappoint. Almost nothing beats intels quality, most of their ssds comes with a 5 year manufactures warranty and they are one of the most reliable ssds on the market. I ended up buying another ssd because i was so happy with the quality and performance it provided. Also the intels read/ write has a faster mBps than the others youve listed.

Edit: The samsung ssd matches the intels in terms of performance.
