Can segate HDD attached with motherboard's 6gb/s port??

i have purchased a intel DB75 En Motherboard with i3 2120 processor, and attached my old segate HDD 250gb drives, can i attached it with 6GB/S port on motherboard??? :sleep:  :sleep:

Yes, SATA, USB, PCIe are backwards/fordward compatible you won't notice that the HDD is using SATA3
