Windows 7 sound settings

Hello,
I have a problem with my recording settings with windows 7. When I start a video conversation with windows live messenger, the person who I am talking with can't hear me. With the voice is everything OK. Pleas Help.

Not sure what you mean by "with the voice is everything OK".

However, have you tried the mic using the Test Hardware in control panel?
Have you checked your settings in WLM regarding the mic and voice usage?

Is this a homebuild computer?

You save you have a problem with recording settings, but then say the problem is in WLM...is it both?

Have you tried it with different people, to make sure the other person didn't have you muted by mistake?
