So I'm perusing Microcenter trying to decide on a new build based around the 25K, and I ran across the Asus P8P67-M Pro and the Pro.

Pro
1) XMP
2) Intel 82579 lan
3) PHY
4) USB 3
5) SLI bridge
6) 3 year warranty
7) no e-sata 6GB/s

(M) Pro
1) no xmp
2) Realtek lan
3) no PHY
4) no USB 3 but has 2 more USB 2
5) no bridge
6) 1 year warranty
7) 1 e-sata 6GB/s

Based on the above, is it worth the $40 difference to go with the (M) Pro? They also have a Sabertooth open box for $175.

That (M) Pro can do 3-way SLI, it's just that there was no SLI bridges mentioned as part of the accessories, whereas the Pro stated 2 way flex and 3 way hard SLI bridges as part of the packing.

The (M) Pro is $149.99 and the Pro is $189.99 before rebates. Thanks for the suggestion on the Z68's, but I wanna stick to the P67's for the i5 25k.

I don't need the IGP, QuickSnyc, or SSD cache. Those are the 3 primary things that Z68 brings for a generally higher price than equivalent P67 boards.

Back to the topic, anyone else think that the extra features of the Pro are worth it over the (M) Pro?
