6GB physical memory installed, 4GB usable

My PC system information says this:
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 6.00 GB
Total Physical Memory 5.99 GB
Available Physical Memory 4.39 GB
Total Virtual Memory 12.0 GB
Available Virtual Memory 10.4 GB
Page File Space 5.99 GB

CPU-ID says this under Memory Tab
Type: DDR3 Channels # Triple
Size: 6144 MBytes

CPU-ID also says under SPD that slots #1,3 & 5 have 2048 MBytes

In BIOS, under 'System Memory' it says "Usable Size: 6136MB

Seeing all of these different values is confusing and I'm just wondering how much RAM my PC is actually using.

If you need more info. let me know and I'll get it to you ASAP!

Thanks!!

Those numbers seem to be fine, Available is just that Available - Less {In Use}; 5.99 - 4.39 = 1600 MB 'In Use.' In Use = Total {OS + Services + Apps} running.

See below, IF the Hardware Rserved is > 10~20 MB then you've got a problem.
