High vcore

i use a BIOSTAR G31-M7 TE mobo and an INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q8200.My cpu overheats.its idle at 51C n load around 80C.I used SANDRA software to run a diagnostic on my machine and it indicated that the vcore was too high but my mobo does not allow me to lower my vcore.is there any way i can do that?

Have you checked your advanced BIOS settings?
