Find how to turn on again HP Smart Web Printing

Hello,
I can't find any answers. My HP Smart Web Print program was working fine. I never did close it, but it is gone. And also the Leaf Icon is nowhere to be found. That was how I turned it back on before. How can I find it to get it to show up on my Internet Explorer again?

You need to download the HP Bing bar then activate it.
