Nothin shows on screen an dont beep when sata hd is in

hi any suggestions on what would be wrong my comp will power up an everything but wont show nothin on screen an wont beep but if i disconnect my sata hard drive an start it everything will show up on screen an it will have the beep any ideas what it could be

Try a new sata cable and then check, also use a different power connector for that sata drive..... post a feedback...
