Will I be able to play new games?

It will have a difficult time playing those games. You might be able to play at low settings at low resolution. Your system is not really designed for gaming

I'm going to say he meant "isn't designed for gaming." A conclusion I agree with.

Not too many onboard graphics card can play games that well and if they do it is in the lowest settings for modern games. Also I would not setle for anything less than a Athlon XII 2.8 GHZ or Intel equivalent.
