Wondering if I'll be able to play fairly new games with this system. (Tera, Guild Wars 2, All Points Bulletin)

Solution
It will have a difficult time playing those games. You might be able to play at low settings at low resolution. Your system is not really designed for gaming :(

Not too many onboard graphics card can play games that well and if they do it is in the lowest settings for modern games. Also I would not setle for anything less than a Athlon XII 2.8 GHZ or Intel equivalent.
