will this be able to play WoW cataclysm with max settings / Bad company 2?

Couple of Comments:

1) I would drop down to the Phenom II X4 955, as you'll see little to no difference, specially when OCing.

2) I would go with the Sunbeam CR-CTTF over the Scythe you have listed.

3) I'm not a fan of an Open Box motherboard but that is your call.

4) I would just drop down the HAF 922. It is the better value over the HAF 932 and you really aren't lossing anything.

5) Don't forget those friendly Newegg combo deals!!

Your system will be able to play your games at reasonable levels. I don't think you'll be able to max out Bad Company 2 with just one 5850 at 1920x1080.
