Looking for a cheap little fan for my PC

I'm looking for a fan I can mount in one of my expansion slots, something small and inexpensive($15ish). Right now I'm looking at this Vantec SP-FC70-BL and this Thermaltake A2414.

I used to have an Antec Cyclone, but it died after only a couple of months and was a bit too loud for my liking. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, quiet fan? Or any useful info on those two that I mentioned above?

Hmm to be honest those type of exhaust / blower fans are a waste of money as they are fittted at the bottom of the mobo / case and as you know heat rises...

you would be better off buying a better case fan for the top of your case
