I now have these specs

Q8200
low power Gt220
4 gb ddr2

1 multi card reader
windows vista home premium 32

This is running on a power suply that says on it : continuis power output shal not exeed 280 watt.

I am able to overclock my GPU about 22% wich uses more power.

Will this psu be good enuf to replace my gt220 with a 5670 :

that's a pretty good PSU for the price. with 28a on the 12v rail you can actually power the ATI 6850. ATI 5770 and Nvidia GTS450 would be other options although each is less powerful then the previous card mentioned.

total system power in a worst case scenario stress test
CPU: Intel Core i7-920 @ 3.33GHz
Motherboard: Asus Rampage II Extreme
Chipset Drivers: Intel 9.1.1.1015 (Intel)
Hard Disk: OCZ Summit (120GB)
Memory: Patriot Viper DDR3-1333 3 x 2GB (7-7-7-20)

So with that power supply i can power any 5770 moddel like the HIS ice Q { reference card , better cooler} But on some sites it says i need 450 watts ?

But , my current system is running on 280 watts that means that when i use a 430 watts PSU i would have like 190 watts for the GPU alone.

And will a 5770 max any game on 1280 by 1024 ? I dont need AA by the way

the ATI 5770 is plenty for 1280x1024. the card itself uses around 110w at max so you will be just fine even with the HIS Ice Q.

the ATI recommendations are for junk 450w PSU with 20-22a on the 12v rail. with the corsair 430w you wont have any issues.

And i have no case fans ,i got this pc from a vendor, its a small case but theres plenty a space for like 2 5770 { if i had .2. green pci slots }

The reson why i want the ice q is becouse it vents air outside of the case , is that a smart idea since i have no case fans ?

will The psu { the 430 crosair one } fit in this case ? : http://tinyurl.com/2e9nxt8

It has no case vents not even an ari hole at the back { i removed those little pci slot plates } it only has an air vent at the side where the cpu fan blows air out via a plastic shaft on the fan

The Corsair fits and with the card venting outside the case there should not be heat issues.
