Usb storage loaded as sound device

Hello,so recently I bought some cheap knockoff ipod on ebay( http://www.ebay.com/itm/280980683575?ss )
And so I wanted to put some music on it so I can listen,as it says just to put it in and it's ready to go,although it doesn't load as storage device it loads as a speaker or so?
Does anyone have some idea how should I work this out?
I am on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
