HDD isnt detected

Hello,
i made my first desktop tried to install windows 8 but when i get to hdd selection screen there is none to choose from but the hdd is perfectly fine.

Hello... you must first "create" a partiton on the hardrive... then you must format that partition... then you will see the hardrive as a option to load Windows on...
