I have an ASUS p8p67 LE and when I touch my external speakers plugin to my case I get static through my speakers. Is this normal or is my motherboard not grounded properly?

I called tech support and they said I had a screw touching the motherboard and case or somecrap. Then they said a cable might be lose and touching the case.

Where do you put your motherboard cables if not in the different corners in your case? Is this an issue? it crackles no matter where I touch the case - backplate, back of case itself, power supply, etc.

I have the following:
G.SKILL 2x2GB 9-9-9-24 2N 1.5v 1600mhz
i3 2100
p8p67 LE ASUS mobo
evga 6800GS
Latest bios
OCZ powerstream 520w psu
Antec P180 case

You don't have a grounded wall socket?
