Installed PCI NIC card no boot

After installing a PCI NIC card in my lowest PCI slot my computer refuses to boot. It turns on, powers on but I get a black screen and the lights on my keyboard don't blink on

The LED on the PCI card doesn't light up but everything else does.

I've bought the card so I can add another ethernet as well as the onboard to share a connection between my 360 and wired connection (In halls and have to do this to get online).

  1. The NIC might be defective or not fully inserted. You could also try it in a different slot or another system.
