P4b266-lm not saving bios

My motherboard is not saving bios even after replaced battery every time i turn it on send me to press F1 or F2 to continue to windows
All this started after replaced the POWER SUPPLY

What is the make and model of the old power supply and the new power supply?

do you have a power supply tester? the power supply could be bad.

the old power supply was the original ATX from Sony and i replaced with one ATX COOLMAX

And no i dont have power S. tester but how to test it?
