Is this PSU Good?

Currently I have a 400W Deluxe PSU(no-name sh!t). I want to change it ASAP even if it's been running for ~1 year. I've been told that the next PSU is good enough for my needs/pc(I want to OC in the near future)

AMD Phenom II X4 B55 Black Edition (unlocked X2 555), 3,2GHz, Stock Cooler(going to change it with Hyper 212+ in the summer)
2GB DDR3 Kinston HyperX 1333Mhz
Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD5770, 1GB GDDR5
80GB IDE HDD
500GB SATAII HDD
1 Optical Drive
2 Case fans connected to 4-pin connectors

If you have another suggestions I'm willing to listen.

Yes. Seasonic is excellent. It will run one or two 5770 cards fine. But if you want to do some serious overclocking, you may want to get a 750-850w unit in seasonic or corsair.

You won't need 750-850W for overclocking. That PSU will be fine.
