4 HDD want Raid 1 on 2 HDD and Raid 0 on other 2 HDD

I got 4 HDD:

- 2 HDD are 500 gig and they are already on Raid 0
- 2 HDD are 3000 gig, I just bought them today.

I would to make those 3000 gig on Raid 1 so i can store all my video, picture and personal file there as a permanent safe way to keep my file.

My question is it possible to do that way?

I know I can do Raid 10 but I will loss a lot of space on the 3000 gig. I just want to put my OS, all the program on Raid 0 so they will load faster. Its only a temporal because later (in a year probably) I will add SSD to replace that my Raid 0
