Striping hdd's increase Cache?

My question is: By striping the HDD's will that increase the Cache?
IE: My 3tb drive comes with a puny 64mb cache. If I stripe that with another 3tb drive double my cache? Or is it at that point unlimited, thereby creating the instability risk associated with a power loss mid-stream?
