Question about CABLES and PSU

New Build (pre boot) - So i have 2 hard drives - only one is connected to the PSU as of now. The cable that is connecting the HD (SATA) has about 3 other inserts on it for different connections. Can I connect more than one HD to that cable? That would mean the cable is powering 2 HDs coming from the PSU... I'm out of cables and need power to my other HD. Any advice?

You can power several devices form one psu line yes,
I know of one person on here who posted that he powers 5 drives off one line and another couple on another, two will be fine
