Unable to install because of VBScript runtime

I am unable to install AMD overclock software. I get an error saying that says: could not access VBScript run time for custom action. Do not know what that means and still having the original problem...how to run clock speed up from 1.900 mps to 2.0mpb for use fy DirectTV mediashare which wants 2.0 gps clock speed and not 1.9 gps. I don't see this little difference causing a problem, but, DirectTV media share is not going to help. Easiest way to bump up that clock speed just a little bit???

Have you downloaded and installed the Visual Basic Run-time Files from Microsoft's website?

You can do this in the BIOS.

You access by pressing the del key.

Search "overclocking AMD CPUs" in google.

Also, list your hardware specs.
