Are there any 3rd party substitutes for the T7400 xx757 motherboard?

I have a Dell T7400 and the motherboard, per Dell diagnostics, is dead and needs to be replaced. Problem is that there aren't any in stock and I can't find any on the internet. Does anyone know of another place to look or are there any 3rd party motherboards that are a 'best fit' for this system that I can use and salvage my processors and memory?

Thanks for the info - I've seen the RW199 and it will likely fit like a glove but... the part number I'm looking for (direct replacment) is XX757. Any idea what the diff is?

No I do not know the difference in the part numbers! I would compare the specifications and decide from there.
