Is my PSU strong enough for a Nvidia GTS250

Hey, I want to upgrade my pc by bying a nvidia GTS250 graphic card, but I'm not sure if my PSU is strong enough for the card.

Specs :
Intel 2.5 duel core (E5200)
Nvidia 8600 gts
250 Hdd (7200)
ECS elitegroup Motherbord
PSU 500 watt no brand name ( 1.5 year old)
DvD player
+3.3V 28A, +5V 38A, -5V 20a, +12V 20A, -12V 0.8A, 5VSB 2A
total power on +3.3V & +5V 210 W max

Can someone please help me ?

It is recommended to have 24amps on the +12 volts. It probably will work though but is not recommended or guaranteed. Quality PSU's are recommended for the fact that a bad unit can take the rest of the investment with it when it fails.
